Why not all Wheat is healthy?

Lots of benefits which we can feel when consuming wheat. Wheat can be said as a substitute for carbs because it is easy to obtain. However, if the processed grain circulating on the market still contain the same nutrients as whole wheat?



As reported by of Nytimes.com, a good grain processed by means ground is considered the same as whole wheat. That is, the nutrient content of the grain is still met.

However, if it is being processed, as in the smoothie, mixed by the good bacteria then existing glycemic index and the calories rise. In addition the content of fibers decreases.

To get the results of the grain is whole wheat bread, cereals including wheat and whole wheat pasta.

David A. Levitsky.
